Our first priority is and has always been your group's safety.
ILOVETOUR are the industry leaders in tour safety management.
We were the first operator to implement a dedicated 24/7 Student Assistance Team during our festivals. We are also a founding member of TourWatch, which represents best practices and opportunities for improved service in the tour operator and leisure education industry.

Safety management system

Our safety management system is renewed yearly to keep it in line with all current legislation. This is then applied to all of our venues and resorts. It is audited yearly by external health and safety agents to assure its competency, and adhered to throughout our operations.
For your safety we are engaged in a continual cycle of safety checking our:
  • Accommodation partners
  • Transport providers
  • Tour partners
  • Suppliers
  • Activities and excursion organisers

Foreign Office

Wherever you’re going in the World, it’s important to be fully prepared before you go. We therefore recommend that you visit the Foreign Office website and review their travel advice regarding any countries which you plan to visit. The Foreign Office provides the latest travel advice by country including safety and security, entry requirements, travel warnings and health.

As the market leading provider of university sports tours, ILOVETOUR are very proud to be once again leading the way in promoting safe and responsible touring.
We strongly believe tours should be as inclusive as possible and that the various festivals, competitions, tournaments and legendary party scenes enjoyed by our tourists needn't come with negative side effects, bad press or worst of all physical harm or illness to the students.
The key messages of responsible drinking and looking after your team-mates are central to our campaign and we're delighted to be working closely with BUCS, the NUS and the Port of Dover Police on this ground-breaking initiative and are very grateful to our commercial partners P&O Ferries and Endsleigh Insurance Services for their support in our aim of making student tours safe, accessible and enjoyable for all students. Please visit the ILOVEMORE.co.uk website for more information or see your in-room flyers, hotel posters and info packs.
