Hey you…                  ..Yes you.

Sick of scrolling your way through the 9-5? Feel underchallenged? Nothing interesting to do with your Easter holidays?

Well then, we have the thing for you!

ILOVETOUR are looking for fun, passionate, and reliable people to join us on tour for our upcoming 2020 Season.

You could be spending three incredible weeks in the beautiful coastal city of Rimini - Italy, or the vibey resort of Poreč - Croatia, working with some of the best people you’ve yet to meet.

Don’t believe me? Well, don’t just take my word for it, let’s hear from ILOVETOUR Rep; Heledd –

(Pronounced Hel-eff, also known as John).

How does being an ILT rep differ from your average job?

It’s so much more fun and rewarding than your average job. Because it’s so varied and fast paced, you learn so much in a short time. You’re given training in the UK and in resort, so you feel prepared to do the job, plus the senior rep team and management are always on hand If you need any help or support. The experiences you gain from working on Tour are like no other job, it enables you to build confidence, push yourself out of your comfort zone and grow as a person.

What first made you get involved with ILT?

My friend would always talk about Tour and say how it felt like a new family, I didn’t really believe her until I joined myself. The team is like a second family, who help you develop as a person and enhance skills you didn’t even know you had.

What does a typical day involve?

It can be really fast paced and intense, but so worthwhile. It varies depending on what events are happening that day, beach party one day, social sports another... but typically, it involves chatting and getting to know teams, making sure students know what they’re doing and where they’re going for the events, helping resolve any issues and getting some time to actually experience the festival atmosphere.

Did you make any friends or connections whilst working on ILT?

I’ve made lifelong friendships whilst working on Tour, some of these friendships span 4+ years, they’re the weirdest people I know but wouldn’t change them for the world, we’re always planning the next reunion!

What is it like returning to ‘the real world’ after a season on Tour?

Post Tour blues hits you hard! Looking through all the photos and videos, tagging inside jokes, wishing you were back on Tour. When I get home its always countdown till reunion and Tour the following year.

What’s the absolute best thing about being an ILT rep?

Seeing all the hard work you put in pay off, watching thousands of students be a part of this incredible experience, making memories for life and knowing you’ve been involved in it.

What would you say to anyone thinking about joining us for the first time?

Don’t hesitate and apply, this has hands down been the best decision I’ve made. I’ve done 4 years as a rep and each year gets better and better. I get to know people that I’d never normally meet, travel to some amazing resorts and be part of this fantastic festival.
