Final payment deadline FAQs

Here’s everything you need to know to make sure you get yourself sorted with paying for Tour 2016 on time! 
Q: When is the final payment deadline?
A: The final payment deadline is Friday 22nd January. The time of the deadline varies depending on which festival you are travelling to, please see the specific deadline times below.
Please note different Tours have different deadline times!
Deadline times for 22nd January 2016:
Saloufest – 8.00am
Festival Croatia – 2.00pm
Festival Italia – Midnight 
Q: How do I pay?
A: Log into your online account here.
Click 'view my booking.'
Hit the 'payment' tab.
Q: I have forgotten my username/ password.
A: You can use the 'forgot password' button on our site, you will then receive an email with further instructions. If you can't see the email - check your junk box! Or you can give us a call on 0203 617 7978 for more help.
Q: How do I complete a name change on my booking?
A: Firstly, log in to your online account here. Click, 'view my booking' then the ‘name change’ tab. Once you've clicked on the name change tab you can enter the details of the new passenger. They will then receive an email to complete the process. Once they have completed the instructions in the email the name change will be completed.
Q: I haven't received my payment confirmation email?
A: It may be in your email junk box, if you still can't see it please get in touch.
Q: When is the final date to choose where the coach picks me up?
A: You must have selected your pick-up point BEFORE 22nd JANUARY! This includes the 'stop 24' Dover pick-up point and Cobham. You will not be able to change your pick-up point past this point.
Q: What time is the ILOVETOUR office open until?
A: The office is open 9:00am - 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.45am - 6.00pm on Friday 22nd January.
