The city of love...
Ah Paris.. only a few hours from Calais and you’re literally in another world.
The Eiffel tower will be stop no.1 for you (and everyone else) so dodge the queues and come after dark to get up there and breath in the view.
Art and culture abound in this city and even if you’re no culture vulture you have to put a few hours aside at La Louvre, the centre Pompidou and some time to take in jaw dropping monuments like Notre Dame, le Sacre Coeur and the amazing Arc de Triomph- built by Napolean as a bit of a pat on the back for all his armies.
