We were the first tour organisers to introduce a 24-Hour Student Assistance team and our University Pre-Tour safety guide (issued to all group leaders prior to departure) and ground-breaking University Safety Management System help make our events some of the safest environments your group will experience on tour.
As the university festivals market leader we promote responsible touring and in exclusive partnership with SASA (the Student Activities Safety Association) we have developed a Safety Management System designed to protect the well-being of your students while they are on tour.
As a company working in diverse markets our aims include:
- Facilitating and promoting a positive health and safety culture throughout our own, our clients’ and our suppliers’ organisations worldwide.
- Planning and setting safety standards, which meet the needs of our clients and are measurable, achievable and realistic.
- Measuring and reviewing performance of our compliance with the terms of this standard and our own Safety Management System including a formal annual verification by a suitably qualified external expert.
- The Company agreeing to make available to clients details of Audits and a copy of the annual external verification.
