Pre Departure Update
25th February 2008

Thanks to all of our hard working group leaders- who have been working tirelessly to ensure tour money has reached us on time. We’re now chasing the last bits and pieces in terms of passenger names lists, sports information and even the odd name change here and there! We are on target to begin dispatching pre-tour information to all of our groups by the beginning of next week (3rd March) and we appreciate your patience in this. If you require a specific bit of info urgently you can call us free on 08000 328550 but we’d encourage you to hang fire until you receive your group leader packs!

Please note:

1. In order to cater for the delay resulting from the expected roadworks on the A20 outside Dover departures may be earlier than in previous years. It will be more important than ever that your group is punctual in meeting the coach and that you have been very clear as to the location of your pick up point, providing us with a map and directions.
2. In response to group leader feedback, we will not be distributing resort maps with your travel information, this will instead be distributed on arrival in resort. If you’d like an email copy of the resort map for your reference (pre-departure) you can contact our office team for this.
3. Dress themes have been formalised- thanks to those groups who contacted us with your suggestions. The following themes were selected:

Second Night
’Grease’ (cheesy but a classic!)

Third Night
Club shirts/Tour Tops (Prize giving night)

Fourth Night
Rubik’s Cube (All tourists wear 6 different colours and switch with people all night to be all in one colour by the end!)
