Meeting/Visits

If you’d be more comfortable sitting down and discussing your travel arrangements over a coffee (or a cheeky pint)- please just let your tour manager know!

Our team are always happy to come to you, at a time of your choosing to discuss your tour plans face-to-face. Likewise, once you’ve made a decision as to where/when you’d like to tour, we’re happy to assist you in tour promotion, by providing:

- ‘We’re going on tour” posters

- E-flyers

- Your own dedicated tour webpage

- A Powerpoint presentation

How to Book?

To book your tour, simply:

- Call us free on 08000 328550 or send us an email to register your details. We’ll call you back, answer your questions and discuss your travel plans.
- If you’re interested in attending one of our festivals or events, pick the ‘off the shelf’ package that suits you, register as a group leader and we’ll contact you to explain how our website will do the rest!

- If you want a tailor made quotation for your group, we’ll create a bespoke travel quotation just for you and modify it to your requirements.

- Read our terms and conditions, ensure you fully understand the exact nature and specifications of the tour you are booking,

Money, Money, Money?

Our website will allow your tourists to log in, register and pay for their tours in a single payment or in as many instalments as they feel comfortable with.

No cash, IOU's or hassle for you, just run the group's home page.

If you would prefer your group pay you ro your union/society/club the money, we can accommodate single BACS/CHAPS/Cheque (while they are still around!)

Student group travel:

Remember, if we’ve created an itinerary and package just for you, the price we have quoted for your party will change if your group size fluctuates significantly.For example coach groups need to consist of 35+ tourists to achieve best value. See your quotation for booking thresholds.
