It’s now less than three months to go until the first week of tour and the ILOVETOUR office is buzzing! Our operations team is busy finalising coaches, ferries and hotel rooms for Saloufest, Festival Italia and Festival Croatia.
We’re organising the sports tournaments as we speak and making sure the best staff are in place to look after you in resort. The club nights are going to be bigger than ever in 2012 and we have some seriously cool acts lined up to perform! Make sure you keep an eye on our Facebook page for the line up and of course the fancy dress themes!
With the excitement building and everyone talking about tour, we understand you may have some questions about what’s going on or how to make changes to your booking. Here are a few tips to help you out. |

Your final balance needs to be paid by the dates below to secure your place on tour.
Saloufest – 27th January
Festival Italia – 3rd February
Festival Croatia – 27th January
Please note that if you do not pay your remaining balance by the deadline, your place will automatically be cancelled by our booking system.
If you wish to cancel your place on tour, please contact your group leader who will be able to remove you from the group using the online booking system.

If you are planning to cancel your place, you may wish to consider a name change instead. If you can find someone to travel in your place you won’t lose the money you have already paid but an admin fee will apply.
If you would like to make a name change, please contact your group leader who will be able to action it using our online booking system.

If you would like to add passengers to your group, the group leader needs to send a request by email to their ILOVETOUR account manager or info@ilovetour.co.uk When the request is received we will check with our operations team to see if there is space in the coach and the hotel for your additional passengers. A member of the ILOVETOUR team will contact the group leader the following Friday to let them know if the request has been accepted.
As we are currently confirming all coaches, the departure times have not yet been arranged. Group Leaders will receive their information pack 4 weeks prior to departure at which point, the timings will be specified. The pickup point is usually on the university campus and your group leader will be able to let you know all the details when they have them.
