Q: How do I make a payment?
A: Using the username and password boxes in the top right hand corner of the ILOVETOUR homepage login to view your group. Once directed, click on the blue 'view your booking' button which will take you to the booking homepage. From here a payment tab will appear in Black writing along the top - Click here to make a payment using your debit/credit card or pay by cheque. Please ensure the address you entered on setup is the correct one registered with the debit/credit card.
Q: I tried paying for tour and the money has gone out of my account more than once. What has happened?
A: If you entered incorrect details whilst trying to pay (for example, entering the wrong billing address) the money will not be accepted by us and will be back in your account within 3 working days.
Q: The system does not recognise my US card?
A: Unfortunately the online booking system does not recognise debit/credit cards with an overseas billing address. Please try an alternative card or call one of the ILT team and we will be happy to take a manual payment over the phone and add this to the system.
Q: When do we get free places? How do I allocate them?
A: We offer one free place to every 20 paying passengers. So if you want to go for free just get 20 friends together and you're away!! We will allocate the free places after the deposits for your group are all paid in, just let us know the names of the people receiving them.
Q: Someone from my group lives in Spain/Italy/Germany.... can they meet us on tour?
A: Yes they can, using the ‘arrange your own flights’ package. This includes the full package without travel.
Q: We have a couple of ex students that want to come on the tour, is this possible?
A: The more the merrier! Graduates/ex-students are more than welcome to join their former team-mates as members of student tour parties- the group leader is required to ensure they understand the nature of the event and are responsible for these individuals as they would be for any member of their tour party.

A: Check with us before booking flights> book flight> forward e-tickets to us - we will not book transfers for you without a quote if group size is less than 25 pax

A: We will need a £150 deposit per person + a full name list (as the names appear on the passport) ASAP
