Read our deposit deadline FAQ's! 

 

How much is the deposit and when is the deadline?

A deposit of £75 needs to be paid before midnight on 28th November 2014, in order to secure your place on tour.

 

What time is the ILOVETOUR office open on the deadline day?

The ILOVETOUR office hours on November 28th are 8am – 8pm, please be aware customer support will only be available during these listed times.

 

I have travelled with ILOVETOUR in the past, why won’t my old log-in details work?

Any old log-in details have been archived for security reasons. If you have travelled on tour in the past you will need to sign up again, creating new log in details. 

 

Where do I make a payment?

Firstly log in to your online account (this was created when you signed up to ILOVETOUR), once in, click on ‘view my booking’, then click the ‘payment’ tab (located third from left near the top of your screen).  

 

Can I/ my group have an extension on the deposit deadline?

If you would like to request an extension please email [email protected]. Please note: deadline extensions are NOT guaranteed as our festivals do sell out.

 

How do I allocate my free place/s?

Free places will be allocated the week of 1st Dec. Please send an email to your account manager or [email protected] stating the names of your free place/s. Free places will still need to pay a deposit to secure their place, and any money due back will be refunded the week of the 1st Dec. 

 

The pay now button isn’t working/ I can’t get through the last stage of payment.

Please check which web browser you are using, if you are experiencing problems paying, try using Internet Explorer.

 

Why have I not received my payment confirmation email?

Please check your junk box as it may have ended up in there.

 

I am having problems resetting my password.

·         Firstly click on the ‘forgot password?’ button.

·         Fill in your username and press submit – you will then receive an email with your new password (check your junk box too!)

·         If you have forgotten your username and password, you will need to enter your email address into the ‘forgot username section’, you will then receive an                    email with your username (check junk box) and can  then complete the process to obtain a new password.
